prior to event, including the
necessary control of the volume
of services involved and the
supply of infrastructure
compatible with the demand.
Voucher issuance, ticket
forwarding, rooming-list control
and requests for optional tours

During the event we keep track
of the services hired as we keep
a strict quality control of
services rendered by the
servicing organizations involved
– hotels, tour guides,
receptionists, airlines and
transportation companies. We
also provide full assistance
within the event premises to all
matters under our responsibility
such as last minute hotel
reservations, rescheduling
airline reservations, hiring
transportation services,
organizing special programs for
accompanying persons and
arranging local tours during the
time the event takes place or
